Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, helping you focus on the present moment and clear your mind of distractions. It can help you achieve deeper states of relaxation, which can lead to better sleep, reduced stress levels, and improved moods.

During the session I will play Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls and a crystal pyramid. There are periods of quiet. These are as important and as therapeutic as the music.

We end with a percussion section, this is designed to bring you round and ground you. Emerging in your own time, from your deep rest, feeling relaxed and refreshed.
