This body art represents the many parts of the body that cancer can affect, and serves as a reminder that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, and a story.

When .g.photography came to me with this concept I just couldnt wait to get on board..

He told me something so personal from his own experience..

"For over four years, symptoms were dismissed as tiredness, stomach issues, and something that kept being managed with tablets and vitamins. It wasn't until a colonoscopy revealed a tumour causing a blockage that the real cause was discovered.
Because of age, cancer wasn't initially considered. Yet more and more young people are receiving diagnoses that traditionally wouldn't have been expected. If it would have been left for another 6 months, my bowel would have been completely blocked."

Listen to your body. Keep asking questions. Keep pushing for answers. Cancer is personal for so many of us.
