Ayurvedic Deep Tissue Massage with Kelly

KELLY HALL | THE EMPOWERED PEACOCK
🦚 MEET THE EXPERT: KELLY HALL

What happens when women finally give themselves permission to STOP?

To step away.

To reflect.

To reconnect.

And perhaps to ask themselves what they actually want?

Meet Kelly Hall, founder of The Empowered Peacock.

Through wellbeing retreats, yoga and holistic therapies, Kelly's work is centred around helping people reconnect with themselves and live more authentically.

🎤 HER TALK: Rise Up, Be Seen & Be Heard – Why Retreats Can Change Your Life

Kelly will explore why stepping away from normal life — even temporarily — can give us the space to see things differently.

Because rest isn't laziness.

Taking time for yourself isn't selfish.

And sometimes getting away from the noise is exactly what allows you to hear yourself again.
