🕗First appointment takes approximately 3 hours. This includes your consultation, pre-draw, pigment selection and aftercare advice. 2nd treatment takes place 6-8 weeks later and takes approximately 1.5 hours.

⛑Healing takes 5-7 days. Colour looks bold straight after the treatment but then settles after a couple of days and once healed will have softened and lightened by around 40-50% depending on your skin and aftercare.

✔Numbing gel is used throughout the treatment to keep pain at a minimum. Any swelling is normal and subsides within an hour or 2 of the treatment.

Scar camouflage with Permanent Makeup

Did you know Permanent Makeup can help camouflage the appearance of certain scars on the lips?

My client had a scar on her lip which had affected the natural colour and overall appearance of the lip.
Using carefully selected pigment and a tailored Permanent Makeup technique, I was able to introduce colour back into the scarred area and blend it with the surrounding lip tissue. The aim is not to remove the scar, but to reduce the contrast between the scar and the natural lip, making it much less noticeable.

Once healed the colour will soften by 50%.

Scarred tissue can behave very differently from normal lip tissue, so this type of treatment requires careful assessment. Pigment retention can also vary depending on the depth, age and condition of the scar.
