Can I please remind everyone to try and get to appointments on time.

If you’re late, please call or text me to let me know as I may not have time to do the service booked and might even need to reschedule for another date.

If you’re early, please wait in your car until the time of your appointment

I have made the decision to not take on any new clients for now. I will re assess in September/October after this busy spell.

I am fully booked until mid September, if anyone hasn’t got an appointment before then but was wanting to book in, unfortunately I don’t have any space at all and I am already working an extra day and longer hours to try and fit you all in.
I have no Saturday appointments now until beginning of October.

I will have a cancellation list, so if anything does become available and you’d like to be out on the list, please let me know

Saturday & evening appointments..

My evenings and weekend appointments always get booked very quickly, so I’m just listing what I have left available until September;

Saturday 4th July- 9:45 (1hour) & 12pm
Saturday 11th July- 8:30am-1pm
Saturday 25th July- 8:30am-1:30
1st August- 8:3am ( 1 hour)
8th August- 9:45 & 12pm

Evenings;
Wednesday 1st July
Wednesday 15th July
Wednesday 22nd July
Wednesday 29th July

Any dates not on here are either fully booked or only have morning/ mid day appointments available.

I’m just re posting my cancellation/ no show policy.
I hate to have it in place, but I just can’t afford not to.

Being self employed has lots of perks, but the not so good part is when I have no clients I have no money. My bills don’t just stop if my clients don’t show or cancel last minute unfortunately.

In addition to this policy, I’ll also be asking for a non refundable deposits off anyone that misses more than 2 appointments or cancels with less than 24 hours notice more than twice.
This will need to be paid before you’re next in the salon and it will secure your booking. If this isn’t paid, your appointment will not go ahead. The cost will depend what service you book in.

Appointment reminders;

I just want to remind everyone about appointment times now that we’re getting closer to December. Please can everyone let me know if you’re ever running late, 5 minutes is usually ok, but please do still let me know.

if anyone is going to be 10 minutes or more late please call or text me. There may be a chance I won’t have time to do what it is you’re booked in for and you’ll need to reschedule your appointment, I have
clients in back to back throughout December.

EARLY APPOINTMENTS;
If anyone is going to be more than 5 minutes early, please send a text before you come through. I can sometimes get you in earlier, but most of the time I will be with other clients or in the house doing jobs or having a lunch break. I unfortunately don’t have the space in the salon for more than 2 people to be in at a time.

DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS ‼️

I now have no colour appointments available in December at all! I have very few spaces left for cut/styling on 2nd, 3rd & 11th. All other dates in December are fully booked!

If you haven’t already booked in before Christmas, I do still have a few appointments available in November.

Please note, these are only morning/early afternoon appointments now. All evenings & Saturdays are full until January.

2nd- 11am (cut/blow dry)
9th- 2:30-4
10th- 10-2
11th- 10:30-4:30
12th- 2-3 (cut/blow dry)
15th- 1- 2:30
16th- 2:30
17th- 10, 2:30-4

All other dates/times are booked. Once these are gone I will be closing my diary until January 2026. If anyone hasn’t already booked and wants an appointment before Christmas, please do be quick. Anyone who misses out on booking in will be put into a cancellation list.
