December Rose Therapies

Good morning!

It has been an incredibly busy few weeks.

Whilst my wee therapy room has been fully booked, and I've been working on little craft projects, and doing lots of triathlon training....... there has been a 50th birthday in the house!

Yes Mr December Rose turned 50, and the intense 10months of organisation and planning surprises have finally come to an end.

We had a surprise gathering of family and close friends, a trip to visit family in Dublin, with a surprise trip to see Bon Jovi in concert (20years since we saw them before). And then this weekend sees us in Lithuania's capital, Vilnius, where we completed Parkrun today and are due to do the marathon tomorrow!

If therapies ever fail me, I think I should take up a career in logistics or party planning 😅

I would very much like to be taking it easy for a while, but trying to keep my dedication in place until the big Triathlon next month.....maybe then I'll get to rest for a while!

I've been a little quiet lately. Triathlon training is taking over my life as I move into panic mode!!!

But behind the scenes, I'm still working away in my therapy room, meeting all your needs.

On top of that, I've been busy crafting. I must share some of the other things I have managed to finish over the summer but this little pressie was delivered today for a special little girl who turned 2. Hopefully she will like it as much as her mummy did 💖

I'm delighted to say she's still wearing the little jacket I made for her last year.

A new wee experience to tick off the list this weekend - Bushy Park Parkrun - where Parkrun all began.

Shocking heat in London and as you can see in the photo the ground is parched - thankfully today the temperature was in the 20s rather than 30s like yesterday.

Only one wee night away, so no interruption to December Rose services 😉 but feeling so blessed to have this time away with friends.

So apparently today is 🐱❤️ so I need to give this wee madam a mention 🐱

It was back to 'work' work last week and back to my own wee therapy room today. Love creating a safe space for clients to come and switch off for a little while.

I spent some time with special ladies at the weekend, and strangely enough, I had a willing guinea pig to try it out 😅
