I'm currently having some renovations done throughout the house. It's causing a lot of disruption and mess, meaning that I'm unable to offer the usual standards of cleanliness that you, as my clients, quite rightly expect. Because of that, I'm going to have to close until the work is finished, which is likely to be the middle of September. This is as frustrating for me as it must be for my regular customers, and I'm grateful for your patience, but I will update you on my re-opening date once the timelines for completing the work become clearer. I'll look forward to seeing you all back in my studio soon.

If you saw my post earlier in the week, you'll have read that I'm doing a spot of rebranding. Thanks to everyone who commented! Having had a bit of a play with colours and so forth, we have another seahorse design to consider, so which one do you prefer?

Here's a sneak-peak of some work I'm doing on a bit of rebranding! I'm not sure if the logo is completely there yet, so any feedback that you have will be much appreciated. Whatever the final design looks like, it won't be universally applied immediately, as it will take time to update the various templates for business cards and client consultation forms, but it feels like the right time to refresh things now that I have the new website (www.janjonesbeautytherapy.co.uk).

I am, of course, fully trained and accredited in all of the therapies that I offer in my spa studio, but there are none that I'm more proud of than my most recent qualification, having successfully completed the Mental Health First Aider course.

Wellbeing and wellness are interconnected, and the bond that I form with my clients is really important to me. If someone who comes to me is struggling, then I want to be able to help them to find help.
