Thank you to all of the beautiful souls who attended their 2nd week of the 4 week beginner’s meditation gathering at Muka Hair Design

Tonight we practiced our breath work and beginning to get used to what it feels like to connect back to the body when we’ve been on auto pilot for so long. We practiced our body scan to physically ease tension from the body. We also introduced visualisation into our meditation to learn to let go of the things, thoughts, and beliefs that are holding us back.

Well and truly ready to slip into a restful slumber 😴
