P.M.E Sports Massage Therapist

Hi Everyone!

I'm going to be taking some time off come mid August 2026 from regular Sports Massages appointments. I love what I do, but unfortunately there are just not enough hours in a day, days in a week, or weeks in the month to get everyone booked in or sorted. 🥺

Being away on holidays opened my eyes to how much I've been running on "go, go, go" and missing out on enjoying the little things in life.

I really just want to avoid burning out, and have more time for my family, friends, my full-time job and allow myself extra time to do some more studying, learning and training.

I do believe this is temporary but for now a little break is needed. ☺️

I hope you all understand. There are so many amazing local Sports Massage Therapists about so I know you will not be stuck.😊✨

Don't be fooled I am NOT fully booked for 3 months 🙈😂 If only I was that organised 🫠 My early June appointments are fully booked, but I haven't opened my diary on the app for end of June / July yet so not to worry if you haven't got booked in. 😊

As most of you know my Sports Massage business isn't my full-time job. I work 36-48 hours / week in my full-time caring role, which is done on a rota basis. Once my rota has been released, and finalised, I then try and organise my Sports Massage diary including home visits and appointments here at home.

Hopefully this explains why appointments aren't appearing ☺️🗓️ (& why my replies aren't as prompt as they should be - I'm sorry 🥺.) My rota is being finalised and hopefully I'll have a few slots released on Booksy in the next 48 hours 🤞🏻☺️✨

I know in today's society it doesn't need much explaining about the increased costs (of absolutely everything 🫠💰) from electricity, oils, rolls, insurance... to name just a few 🙈 but unfortunately I've had to make the decision to increase the prices of all my treatments effective from 𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Please note this is the first time I've made a price increase in over 4 years 🥹 I hope my clients will understand and respect this. 🙏🏼🤍
