SNOAP
SNOAP
If you’re new to SNOAP, this is probably the best place to start. 💚
SNOAP takes something incredibly simple — a solid bar — and makes it as convenient to use as the liquid products most of us have become accustomed to.
Put your soap or shampoo bar inside.
Turn the top clockwise.
The dispenser grates a small amount into a fine powder.
Add water, lather and wash.
Two bars can replace around 20 single-use plastic bottles, without asking you to give up the convenience of a dispenser.
That’s the idea behind the SNOAP Refillable Soap Dispenser System.
And once you know how it works, it really is that simple.
Change the way you wash. 💚

August has been quite a month at SNOAP. 💚
SoapBox is our chance at the end of every month to look back at what's been happening behind the scenes — and this one feels particularly special.
We went right back to where SNOAP began: our family bathroom and a problem I was determined to solve.
We celebrated our customers and the businesses choosing to change the way they wash — including Tops Day Nurseries, where a trial at one nursery has now grown to 33 nurseries + Head Office.
We continued challenging one of the questions I think we've been asking for far too long: which liquid soap should we use? Maybe the better question is whether we need the liquid and the bottle at all.
Dragons' Den returned to our screens, which gave us the perfect excuse to revisit that extraordinary chapter and start sharing more of what happened after the Den.
And then, after 18 months of work, scrutiny, policies, evidence and a huge amount of learning:
SNOAP became B Corp Certified. 💚
All while we're settling into our new SNOAP HQ and preparing for the next stage.
Quite a lot for 31 days.
Thank you to every SNOAPy who bought, shared, commented, recommended us to someone else or simply followed along this month.
More impact. More proof. More to come. 💚

I've been keeping a secret… and finally I can tell you. 💚
SNOAP is officially a Certified B Corporation.
We started the process 18 months ago. It has involved an enormous amount of work behind the scenes, looking closely at the way we operate, the decisions we make and the impact we're building as a business.
And that's exactly why this means so much to me.
SNOAP started with a problem in our family bathroom and a determination to find a better way to wash without all those bottles of liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel.
I invented a dispenser.
I didn't set out knowing that it would lead to Dragons' Den, thousands of customers, businesses making the switch, more than a million bottles replaced — or this.
But here we are.
SNOAP is a B Corp. 💚
And I am incredibly proud of what our little family business is becoming.
I've written the full story of why we pursued B Corp certification, what the process involved and what it means for SNOAP.

What if you didn't need another bottle of liquid soap? 💚
That's the idea behind SNOAP.
The SNOAP Refillable Soap Dispenser System transforms solid soap bars into a fine powder, giving you the convenience of a dispenser without repeatedly buying liquid soap in single-use plastic bottles.
Fill it with your SNOAP bars.
Turn the top.
Add water.
Wash.
Then when the soap eventually runs out, refill it with bars rather than replacing another bottle.
It's a different way of thinking about something most of us have bought on autopilot for years.
Change the way you wash. 💚

One customer. 33 nurseries + Head Office.
Meet Sandy from Tops Day Nurseries.
SNOAP's relationship with Tops started with a trial in one nursery.
They tried it. It worked. And what started with one location eventually became a rollout across all 33 Tops Day Nurseries and their Head Office.
Last week I took the fabulous Sandy out for lunch and, afterwards, asked her why SNOAP works for Tops.
I think her final four words sum it up rather nicely:
“It's a no-brainer.”
And while Sandy tells you the story, keep an eye out for Deborah Meaden putting SNOAP through its paces during a visit to Tops. 🐉
This is another chapter of Life After the Den — and one I'm incredibly proud of.
If you're responsible for sustainability, facilities, procurement or operations in an organisation and you're still buying bottles of liquid hand wash, perhaps it's time to ask a different question.
Could SNOAP work for your business?

Well, this might be one of our favourite customer comments yet. 😂
Paul bought a SNOAP and thought it was rubbish.
The problem?
He was turning the top anti-clockwise.
Once he realised SNOAP dispenses with a clockwise turn, he changed his mind rather spectacularly.
He now has two — one in each bathroom — and wants another for the shower.
From “I thought it was rubbish” to “I now have two”.
We'll take that. 😂
Thanks, Paul — we absolutely love this. 💚
Anyone else have a SNOAP confession to make?
The Den was the beginning. This is what happened next.
Walking into Dragons’ Den was one of the biggest moments in SNOAP's story.
Walking out having received offers from all five Dragons — and with Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones joining us — was something I don't think I'll ever forget.
But what happened after the cameras stopped has been every bit as extraordinary.
SNOAP has grown. We've welcomed thousands of customers, seen businesses adopt the system, launched new products, moved into SNOAP HQ and passed the milestone of one million single-use plastic bottles replaced.
And there have been plenty of lessons along the way.
So we're starting a new series: Life After the Den.
Over the next few weeks I'll share more of what happened after that episode aired — the growth, the chaos, the milestones and the moments that have shaped SNOAP since.
Because Dragons’ Den wasn't the destination.
It gave us one hell of a starting point.
Follow along for the next chapter.
All five Dragons wanted SNOAP.
Yesterday, we shared the moment Antony and I walked into the Dragons' Den with SNOAP.
We genuinely had no idea what was about to happen.
This is what happened next.
We stood in front of five hugely successful business people and explained why I believed there had to be a better way to wash.
Why keep buying bottles of liquid hand wash, body wash and shower gel when solid soap can do the job without all those bottles — if you can make it just as convenient to use?
That's why I invented SNOAP.
And the Dragons understood it.
Sara Davies told us: “I love the business. I love the product.”
Deborah Meaden talked about the opportunity to revolutionise the hand soap market.
The Dragons discussed the potential of the product, the market and what SNOAP could become.
And then came the moment we could never have expected.
All five Dragons wanted in.
Five Dragons.
Five offers.
And ultimately, we chose Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones.
With Dragons' Den returning tonight, we couldn't resist looking back at six of our favourite moments from our time in the Den.
A lot has happened since then.
But the idea at the heart of SNOAP hasn't changed:
Real solid soap.
The convenience of a dispenser.
A better alternative to repeatedly buying bottles of liquid wash.
If you've discovered SNOAP through Dragons' Den — or you've been wondering what all five Dragons saw in it — you can try it for yourself.
