With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we believe that, as well as showing others love, the day should also be used to show ourselves some love. Too often, we overlook ourselves when showing kindness and attention, so why not schedule in some ‘me time’ this Valentine’s and try out some of our self-love tips.

❣️ Positive self-talk – a major aspect of how you view yourself and what you can achieve, stems from the language that you use when talking to yourself. Think about how you encourage others or congratulate them when they do well, then give it a go inwardly. You are amazing and you can achieve whatever you set your mind to, you just need to remind yourself and give yourself a pat on the back.

❣️ Your favourite music – put on some mood-boosting tunes and sing at the top of your lungs. If you feel like going next level, why not throw some dance moves in there too! If the neighbours mind, give them our list!

❣️ Laughter – watch some funny videos or listen to a funny audio book and release those feel-good hormones.

❣️ Take a day off – yes, that ironing really can wait, give yourself a break, just for one day.

❣️ Pampering – take some time to relax in a long bath, add our Refining Gel Mask and fill the room with the relaxing scent of Lavender Forever Essential Oil. Maybe even add in some box breathing to really increase relaxation.
