I’m so happy to share that I’ve officially passed my Sound Bath Therapy Training! 🥹

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on something a little different, exploring the world of sound therapy and the beautiful benefits it can have on our wellbeing.

Sound baths are a lovely way to slow down, switch off from everyday stresses and enjoy a moment of complete relaxation. 🌿

I’m so excited to soon be introducing 1-1 sound bath sessions, along with intimate small-group sound baths in the salon. A peaceful little space to unwind, reset and take some well-deserved time for yourself.

And this is only the beginning… I’ve been working on a few exciting things behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming. 👀🤍

A little Sunday night look at what I’ve been up to lately, in & out of the salon 🩷✨

The last wee while I’ve been on a bit of a wellness journey and really trying to prioritise myself and feeling good 🫶🏼 from healthier eating and getting properly into the gym, to running my first 5Ks, wellness retreats, long walks in nature, spending some time practising my sound baths ✨& just making more time for things that are good for me 🤍

Alongside all of that, I’ve been kept busy at Blush doing what I love and spending my days with all my lovely clients 🩷

I’m feeling really excited about this next chapter, both personally and with Blush, and I honestly can’t wait for all the exciting things I have planned 👀✨

I had no idea i had even been nominated, so it was such a nice surprise to receive this today.

After the incredible success of the last event, I can’t wait to bring everyone together again for another amazing day, this time with a Mamma Mia theme! ✨

Think Mediterranean vibes with a touch of pink, live ABBA tribute entertainment, delicious food, drinks and plenty of singing and dancing! 🥂

✨ Something new is coming to Blush… ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ve started my Sound Therapy Practitioner training and my beautiful crystal singing bowls have officially arrived 🥹🩷

I’ve been wanting to introduce more treatments and experiences that aren’t only about beauty, but give you a space to completely switch off, slow down and take some time for yourself — and this felt like the perfect next step.

I’m learning how to use sound and vibration to create deeply relaxing sound bath experiences, and I honestly can’t wait to start putting everything I’m learning into practice. ✨

There’s still lots of training and practising to do before I begin offering sessions, but it’s so exciting seeing another little idea for Blush starting to come to life. 🩷

Helping out at one of their skincare & makeup workshops, sharing some little tips and tricks and hopefully helping the ladies feel that little bit more like themselves again 🥰

It really is such an important charity and I feel so grateful to be involved. Days like today are a reminder of what really matters and how much something as simple as a little self-care, support and kindness can mean😊

It’s so special being able to use what I do every day to give something back and hopefully make even a small difference 🫶🏼✨
