📌 Important Notice:

Over the past few months, we have experienced a high number of missed appointments without notice. While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, these no-shows have a significant impact on our business operations, scheduling availability, and ability to serve other clients who are waiting for appointments.

To better manage our schedule and continue providing quality service, we kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24hrs in advance in person or via Facebook messenger.

🔹 Missed appointments without notice result in a cancellation fee which is the whole amount of your appointment. Failing that, your account will be suspended and no future appointments can be made.

This policy allows us to run our business effectively, respect everyone’s time, and keep appointments available for those who need them. Please remember those t&c’s are on our booking system which you agree to upon booking.

Just a little notice for Natalia’s clients☺️

Due to the summer holidays I am working reduced days/ hours due to childcare. This means I have limited availability. I have one space left on 10th of July. Next available spaces are from 16th July. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Late nights will start from 17th July so just keep an eye out on the booking system. I will be opening them soon.

I will also be off 19th and 26th July.

It’s almost December, which means Christmas cuts are already getting booked!🎅🏻

You can book 3 weeks in advance on the booking system so you should be seeing more and more Christmas dates coming up!

Below I’ll post what days we’ll be open leading up to Christmas and New Year. The booking system will be more accurate as we might open up more spaces depending how busy it is 🎄

Monday 23rd - OPEN

Christmas Eve - CLOSED
Christmas Day - CLOSED
Boxing Day - CLOSED

Friday 27th- CLOSED

Tuesday 31st - OPEN

Then we return 3rd of January! 🎅🏻🎄

The booking system will be more accurate as there’s 3 of us in the shop and we all work different days. We advise to book in advance if you want a certain barber.
