✨ A Little Update ✨

This definitely isn’t the update I hoped I’d be sharing, but after a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to take a step back for a little while.

Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, I’m no longer able to continue renting my room, so my last working day will be Monday 27th July. After that, I’ll be closing my diary for the time being.

I’ve applied to go back to college to continue learning, gain more qualifications, and keep building towards the future I want. Although this wasn’t the plan I had in mind, I know it’s the right step for me.

This isn’t goodbye forever. My plan is to reopen Pamper and Glow from my home salon and work on the days I’m not at college once everything is set up. I’m really looking forward to welcoming you all back when the time comes.

I just want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has booked with me, supported my little business, shared my posts, recommended me, and believed in me. Every appointment and every kind word has meant so much, and I’ll always be grateful for your support.

Thank you for understanding, and I hope you’ll continue to follow my journey. I’ll be back, and I can’t wait to see you all again in the future. 🤍

I’ve had lots of lovely new faces join my page recently, so I thought it was the perfect time to introduce myself. If you’re new here, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. 🌿🫧

Hi, I’m Lexi, the face behind Pamper and Glow by Lexi.

I’m a beauty therapist with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and happy in their own skin. Watching someone leave an appointment smiling, feeling relaxed, or with a little more confidence than when they arrived is one of the best parts of what I do.

Pamper and Glow started with a simple dream—to create a space where people can take a break from their busy lives and enjoy a little time that’s completely their own. I wanted it to feel warm, welcoming, and somewhere people look forward to coming back to.

Outside of treatments, I’m always learning and developing my skills so I can bring the very best techniques, treatments, and knowledge to my clients. I love continuing my education because it means I can keep growing and offering even more to everyone who supports my little business.

One of my favourite things about this job is getting to know the amazing people who walk through my door. Every client has a different story, and I feel incredibly lucky that so many of you choose to spend part of your day with me.

Hi everyone! 💚

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who has supported Pamper and Glow by Lexi. Your bookings and support mean so much to me. 🌿🫧

Unfortunately, I’ve recently had appointments where clients haven’t shown up without letting me know. As a small business, this means I’ve lost both time and income that can’t be replaced.

Because of this, I’ll now be asking for a non-refundable deposit when booking appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

This helps secure your appointment and protects my business from last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where I can.
