Just to make clients aware , I’m off on holiday in October , I have few spaces left the next few weeks then fully booked last week beginning 29th September. I finish on Saturday 4th October, back to work Friday 17th October fully booked first week I come back then limited spaces till November , So please if you are looking for an appointment book asap .

This is a policy I never wanted to implicate, but due to this happening more and more often I have made the decision to introduce it.

For no shows/ late cancellations there will now be a 50% charge payable before you’re next appointment.
For any new colour clients we will be taking a non refundable deposit which will be redeemable against your appointment.

UPDATE
Sorry turns out my salon door is really secure , even a locksmith can’t get in, sorry to everyone we had to cancel and weren’t able to inform( appointment book is locked inside ) hopefully one way or another we will get in on Monday, so all appointments on Tuesday will fingers crossed will go ahead .x

Unfortunately the lock has broken on our door so we are locked out of the salon , have a locksmith coming out at 8 and he will hopefully get it sorted , unfortunately I can’t get in touch with clients that are in first thing as appointment book and numbers are in salon , hopefully we won’t have to close all day but not sure when we will get open , sorry for the inconvenience I will keep updated in here .x
