I am very sorry to be writing this post .
But I have to put into place a CANCELLATION POLICY.
I have tried to put the off but unfortunately over the past few months. I have been getting a large amount of last minute cancellations. Which
gives me not time to fill the space .
I require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Any less then I have to charge half the amount of your appointment. This will be due before another appointment is given .
I understand things come up from time to time or people are ill . But alot of these cancellation that I have been getting have been due to people forgetting or having a change of plans.
Times are difficult for everyone. But I have bills to pay as well and I have no choice to put this into place .
