What do we look for in testing? 🧪📈

A big guide for us is seeing if each side is under a 10% difference. We all have a dominant side and this factors this in. If we are outside of this then the science suggests you’ll be at risk of injury. The bigger deficit the bigger risk.

We use this to help identify areas at risk and also when returning back from injury to get you back inside the 10% so we can minimise this preventable injuries or re-injury.

As you can see from these results, I am showing an 8% difference. My right side showing stronger as that’s my dominant side.
