So I’m just coming to make a quick post about my policy’s, deposits etc:

So when booking an appointment, or asking for a treatment a £5 deposit must be taken when we set a date and time wether this is for brows or lashes❤️

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment no action will be taken and you can rebook for when you need to.

If you cancel within 24 hours then a £10 cancellation fee must be taken, no exceptions.

If you don’t let me know you won’t be attending your appointment and just don’t show up full payment must be taken, failure to pay this cancellation fee will result in you being unable to book back with me untill this is paid for❤️

I hope you all understand as this is my main way of bringing in money for myself and I am saving up for a salon so money at the moment is vital and as it’s my own business everything helps ❤️

Lastly, I know this isn’t all my clients and I love you all greatly and appreciate you all so much! It’s just to have it fully stated on my pages so new clients are aware!
