Good morning, supporters of Morecambe Lifeboat Station! 🚤💙

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Open Day on Saturday 15th August, the event will be located in front of the Midland next to our Hovercraft Station.

We hope you can come along and join us for what promises to be a fantastic day for all the family.

If you’re able to support us with any donations of homemade cakes or tombola prizes, we would be extremely grateful.

Every donation helps us raise vital funds to support the lifesaving work of the RNLI. If you can help, please contact Paul using the email address shown on our event poster.

We’d also like to mention that the Morecambe Maritime Festival will be taking place on the same day around the Clock Tower.

We encourage everyone to support both. Why not make a day of it by visiting the Maritime Festival as well as spending time with us at the lifeboat station?

Today, our Careers team welcomed local high school students to Blackpool Sixth for a fast-paced business challenge as part of our Futurpreneur event.

Working in teams, students had just 10 minutes to create and pitch a brand-new international resort concept, relying on teamwork, communication and quick thinking under pressure.
