To help us continue providing the best service to all of our lovely clients, we have a few important updates:

🤍 No-Show Policy�A 50% charge will apply to all missed appointments (including all services). This can be paid over the phone or added to your next appointment bill.

🤍 Cancellation Policy�We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show. We do understand that genuine emergencies happen, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

🤍 Price Increase�There will be a small price increase across all salon services. This will start from 1st September and thank you for your continued support and understanding.

🤍 Booking Appointments�If you don’t book your appointments in advance, please allow at least two weeks’ notice, as the salon is currently very busy while we wait for another stylist to join our team.

🤍 A Farewell to Emma�Following a recent wrist injury and much consideration, Emma has made the difficult decision to step away from hairdressing. We are all incredibly sad to see her go and would like to thank her for everything she has brought to Carly & Co. We wish her every happiness and success for the future. ❤️

🤍 Christmas Appointments 🎄�Christmas bookings will open in September. We’ll let you know the exact date closer to the time.

We are looking for our next apprentice to join our friendly team, we specialise in providing a high standard of training in addition to your usual college day to get you trained up to the highest standard.
The key responsibilities of your role will be:
Take care of our clients
Reception duties
Shampooing and cleaning to a high standard
And most importantly training to become an amazing stylist!
