There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to skin.

Two people can walk into clinic with the same concern and need completely different things.

That’s why I’m a big believer in looking at the skin first, its condition, what you’re already using, what you want to improve and, importantly, what it actually needs.

Sometimes that means introducing a treatment. Sometimes it means changing your homecare. And sometimes it means doing less, not more.

For me, good skin isn’t about throwing every trending ingredient or treatment at it.

It’s about making considered choices, being consistent and thinking long term.

That’s what skin longevity means to me.

If you could change one thing about your skin right now, what would it be? 👇🏼

Let’s go 😂 soooo my top 3 Vitamin C serum picks 🍊

Vitamin C isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different formulas use different forms and concentrations, so I’ve picked three options depending on what you’re looking for 👇🏼

1. CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum
🍊 10% L-ascorbic acid
Pure vitamin C, alongside ceramides, hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5. A good option if you want to introduce L-ascorbic acid without immediately going for a higher concentration.

2. The INKEY List 15% Vitamin C + EGF Serum
🍊 15% ascorbyl glucoside
This uses a vitamin C derivative rather than pure L-ascorbic acid, alongside plant-derived EGF. A gentler approach to vitamin C and one I’d look at if tolerability is a priority.

3. Drunk Elephant — two options depending on your skin

🍊 C-Luma Hydrabright — 9% sodium ascorbyl phosphate + 1% ascorbyl glucoside. Both are vitamin C derivatives, and the formula sits at pH 6.5. Drunk Elephant specifically positions this one for people sensitive to traditional vitamin C formulas.

🍊 C-Firma Fresh — 15% L-ascorbic acid + 1% vitamin E + 0.5% ferulic acid. This is the more potent, acidic option at pH 2.5, and you mix the formula when you first open it to keep the L-ascorbic acid fresh.

So don’t just look at the percentage on the front of the bottle — look at the form of vitamin C too.

Vitamin C can support antioxidant protection, collagen synthesis and a brighter, more even-looking complexion — and in the morning, always follow with your SPF ☀️

Which one would you choose? 👇🏼

Summer’s nearly over… although technically we’ve still got a few weeks left, so I’m not writing it off just yet 😂

If summer has left you with a little more pigmentation or uneven skin tone, here are 3 products I picked up in Boots 👇🏼
melaxin_uk Dr. Melaxin TX Cream — contains ingredients including tranexamic acid and niacinamide, making it a targeted option for the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone.

The INKEY List 15% Vitamin C + EGF Serum — contains 15% ascorbyl glucoside, a stable vitamin C derivative that helps brighten the skin and improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation and uneven tone. It’s also generally a gentler alternative to high-strength L-ascorbic acid.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF50+ — arguably the most important step when tackling pigmentation. It provides very high UVA/UVB protection, including protection against ultra-long UVA, helping prevent UV exposure from worsening pigmentation.

And remember… SPF isn’t just for summer. It’s an all-year-round job 👀

Aesthetics is changing… and so am I 👀

The longer I’ve been in this industry, the more my approach has changed.

For me now, it’s less about doing more and more to the face and more about really looking at what someone actually needs.

Sometimes that might be restoring a little volume, sometimes it’s working on the skin, stimulating collagen or actually saying no, you don’t need anything else 😂

I’m definitely becoming more focused on skin, collagen and treatments that work with the face rather than changing it.

Still Face Master, just evolving a little 🤝

A little lip refresh 👄

Nothing overdone, just adding a bit of shape and volume while still keeping them looking completely natural.

This is always the goal with lips — enhancing what’s already there rather than changing them completely.

Natural lip filler will always be my favourite 👄

A little more shape, a little more definition, but still keeping your lips looking like your lips.

It’s not always about adding loads of volume — sometimes the smallest tweaks make the biggest difference.

Microneedling is one of those treatments I’ll always come back to when we’re talking about improving the skin itself 🤍

Rather than adding volume or changing your features, we’re encouraging the skin’s own repair response — stimulating collagen and elastin to help improve texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and acne scarring over time.

And the best bit? Your skin continues doing the work long after you’ve left the clinic.

It’s not an overnight fix, but if your goal is healthier, stronger, better-quality skin, microneedling is definitely one to consider.

Tretinoin… probably one of the most talked-about skincare ingredients at the minute 👀

There’s a lot of hype around it, but there’s also a LOT of research behind it.

If you’re using tretinoin, it’s also something worth mentioning to your practitioner before having certain skin treatments — your skin may need a little more consideration when it comes to treatment choice, timing and downtime.

Are you using tretinoin already, or have you been tempted to try it? 👇🏼

Lower face rejuvenation, without looking ‘done’ 👌🏼

Using carefully placed dermal filler, we’ve subtly restored structure and support through the lower face softening the appearance of jowling and creating a smoother, more defined jawline.

No dramatic changes. No overfilling. Just a fresher, more balanced version of you.

Natural. Undetectable. Still you.

If you’re noticing changes through the lower face but don’t want to look like you’ve had filler, this is exactly the approach I take.

A subtle tweak can make all the difference 👃🏼

A little dermal filler through the bridge to create a smoother, more balanced profile without changing the character of the nose.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is all about those small adjustments that bring everything into better proportion.

Thinking about having yours done?

Drop me a 👃🏼 below or DM me “NOSE” and I’ll send you some more info.
