The day has come where I lay to rest the most beautiful loving person to ever grace this earth.
I have so many memory’s of the fun times me Carrie and the kids shared together my head explodes just thinking of them. Carrie brought so much joy to so many people ans will be missed dearly.
On behalf of myself and the kids I would like to thank everyone for your support for us over the past 4 weeks and for the love you have shown Carrie I know she will be looking down today with a smile on her face and a little whisper in everyone’s ear of love and thanks.
Carrie would like everyone to be happy with a smile on there face and love in there heart.
So for Carrie LETS CARRIE ON and every day be kind and helpful to all we can

Carrie’s funeral will take place on Monday 22nd March at 3.15pm
Cottingley Hall Crematorium
Ring Rd, Beeston, Leeds LS11 0EU

There is a limit to the number of people that can attend so I have sat with the kids and have made the tough decisions on who can attend inside the crem.

If I have not contacted you with an invite please feel free to line the public path outside ( please bare in mind social distance guidelines) to pay your respects to Carrie.
Me and the kids will be following Carrie on her final journey to the crematorium and it is advised that if you are wanting to pay your respects to Carrie outside the crematorium be there by 3pm.

Dress code is upto you but Carrie loved the colour green so if you have something green maybe add it as a mark of respect.

I would personally like to thank everyone for your support kind words and donations to the go fund me page.
It has been overwhelming to see the support and love Carrie myself and the kids have from everyone

I have had messages asking about flowers or a donation after speaking with the children we have decided to ask that you don’t purchase flowers but make a donation instead this will then be split between to charities close to Carrie’s heart.

After a whirlwind few days we have been able to collect our thoughts, regroup and decide how to proceed ensuring the best is achieved Danny and his family.

Unfortunately with any funeral there are cost implications which are expensive and the guys and girls over at Morley Knights RLFC have created a Go Fund Me page( https://gofund.me/096c6444 ) which has enabled some of their players, staff and community to contribute towards the costs of this and more.

Many of you guys have messaged us asking if you can donate or help in anyway so after speaking to Danny he is ok with this and welcomes the gestures you guys would like to give.

We thank you for your understanding and hopefully Danny will return to you guys soon but for now we will keep you updated as best we can best rest assured He’s ok, he’s been T’asda and he’s cracking a smile which is all we want 😘

Today has been the hardest day of my life I have to say good bye to my best friend soul mate and love of my life.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this Carrie had a cardiac arrest last night and is currently in intensive care she is battling but faces a hard struggle
