Bella Dama

🚨 PLEASE IGNORE ANY FRESHA CANCELLATION MESSAGES 🚨

If you receive a message from Fresha saying that your upcoming appointment at Bella Dama has been cancelled, please ignore it.

We no longer use Fresha for our bookings — all appointments are now managed through Treatwell. 💕

Please also stop checking Fresha for your appointment times, as we no longer use that system and the times showing there may be different or incorrect.

If you want to check, change or confirm an appointment, please either get in touch with us directly or use the Treatwell app.

If myself or any of the Bella Dama girls ever needed to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, we would always contact you personally to let you know.

So please don’t worry if you receive anything from Fresha — your appointment is still booked unless you hear directly from us. 🫶🏼

Thank you 💗

🚨 A little reminder about NO SHOWS & LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS 🚨

We really don’t like having to post things like this, but unfortunately it needs to be said.

Bella Dama is a small business, and when someone doesn’t turn up for their appointment — or cancels at the very last minute — that time is almost impossible for us to refill. That means we are sitting with an empty appointment, losing income for time that was specifically kept aside for you.

It’s especially frustrating just now as I’m going on holiday on Thursday and my diary has been absolutely packed. I’ve had to knock people back who desperately wanted appointments before I go away, only to then have clients simply not turn up or not bother letting me know they aren’t coming.

We completely understand that things happen. People get ill, emergencies come up and plans change — all we ask is that you please let us know as soon as you can. A quick message gives us the chance to offer that appointment to somebody on our waiting list.

Please remember that when you book an appointment with a small business, you aren’t just reserving a treatment — you are reserving our time and our income.

We genuinely appreciate the huge majority of our clients who respect our time, give us plenty of notice and support our wee business. 🩷

Please, if you cannot make your appointment, LET US KNOW. There is almost always someone waiting who would be delighted to take it.

📱 Salon Phone Missing 🙈

We've been without the salon phone for at least 2 weeks now, and it's completely out of battery, so we can't track or ring it.

We've searched absolutely everywhere, so we're wondering if anyone has accidentally picked it up and forgotten about it? 🙏🏼

If you've happened to take it home by mistake or have seen it, could you please let us know? Otherwise, we're starting to think it may have ended up in the bin! 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

Thank you! 💕

✨ Our new salon booking system is now up and running! ✨

You can now book your appointments through our new Treatwell booking link 💕

All appointments that were already booked in have been transferred over, so please don’t worry — your appointment is still safe.

Please make sure you use the new booking link going forward, as the old Fresha link is no longer in use.

Thank you all so much for your patience while we got everything moved over. It’s been a big change behind the scenes, but hopefully this makes booking your appointments nice and easy from now on 🫶
