📢 Can Anyone Help Identify These Two Customers?

On 10 June, these two young ladies visited our nail salon for nails extensions design services.

The total bill for both of them was £95.

When it was time to pay, they told us they didn’t have any cash and asked if they could go and withdraw money. Trusting them, we allowed them to leave, but unfortunately they never returned to pay.

We sincerely hope this was simply a misunderstanding and would like to resolve this matter amicably.

If you are these customers, or if you know them, please ask them to contact us as soon as possible to arrange payment.

📢 Looking for these two customers – Please help

On Saturday afternoon 4th July, these two ladies visited nail salon in Motherwell for a manicure and pedicure.

The total bill was £138.

When it came time to pay, they said they had no cash and couldn’t make a bank transfer, so they asked if they could go to withdraw money. Before leaving, one of them left behind a small bag containing a Samsung phone (not working) as security.

Unfortunately, instead of returning, they got into a taxi and left without paying.

We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this amicably.
