From Burnout to Glow ✨

My own skin journey: It was never just about the products. ☁️

The photo on the left represents a version of me that was running on empty. It wasn’t just a lack of consistency; it was a lifestyle that my skin was desperately trying to warn me about. 🫧

The Struggle: I was working 3 jobs, turning day into night, and my stress levels were through the roof. My diet was poor, sleep was a luxury I didn’t have, and I was destroying my skin barrier with sunbeds and zero SPF.

The Shift: Fast forward to now (right photo). Life is still busy with my wee girl, but I’ve learned to prioritize what matters. 🤍

The Results: I committed to a consistent skincare plan, I wear SPF every single day even through the winter and I focus on nourishing my body and catching sleep whenever I can. ✨
