WE ARE LIVE.

After months of planning, designing, testing, changing, learning, stressing 😂 and putting so much of myself into what comes next for this little business, the new ah-mee:skin is officially here.
This evolution is about so much more than beautiful new packaging.

✨ Our collections have evolved.
✨ Your much-loved favourites are back.
✨ New products have arrived.
✨ There is more choice across the range.
✨ And behind the scenes, I have completely changed the way ah-mee:skin operates.

Moving to our new fulfilment model means I no longer have to purchase huge amounts of stock and have it sitting on shelves waiting to be sold.
Instead, I can offer you a much wider choice of products, dramatically reduce those frustrating periods where your favourites are unavailable, and build ah-mee:skin in a much more sustainable and scalable way.

For a small independent business, this change is HUGE.

Four years ago I launched ah-mee:skin with just 8 products and one collection.

Today I'm looking at this brand and genuinely can't quite believe how far it has come.

The bottles look different.
The collections have evolved.
The business behind them has evolved.
But the heart of ah-mee:skin hasn't changed.

My purpose is still exactly where it started — creating beautiful, accessible skincare that helps people feel confident caring for their skin. 🤍

This is what building a skincare brand actually looks like… 🤍

Not a photography studio.
Not a huge warehouse.
Not a team of people behind the scenes.

Just me, standing in my kitchen, surrounded by cardboard boxes, bottle lids and brand-new skincare products that, until recently, only existed as ideas and designs on my laptop.

Today my new product samples arrived for the next chapter of ah-mee:skin, and I properly cried. 😭

I’ve spent weeks choosing products, researching ingredients, creating new collections, renaming formulas, designing every piece of packaging, ordering samples, making changes when things weren't quite right and questioning myself approximately 4,762 times along the way. 😂

And I've done a lot of it while recovering from surgery and feeling far from my best.

Then today I opened that box.

I saw the new Radiance and Balance products sitting together on my kitchen worktop.

I pumped out the new Blemish Balancing Moisturiser and discovered it was GREEN 💚.

Then the Peptide Renewal Cream came out the most beautiful soft pink 💗.

And suddenly everything I've been working towards became real.

I think sometimes when you see a brand online, you only see the finished photographs, the website and the pretty packaging.

This is the bit you don't see.

The kitchen table meetings with myself.
The boxes arriving at home.
The samples everywhere.
The excitement when something works.
The disappointment when it doesn't.
The late nights, the doubts, the changes... and occasionally standing in your kitchen crying over a moisturiser. 😂😭

ah-mee:skin isn't being built in a boardroom by a huge team.

It's being built here. In my home. By me.

And today, I am incredibly proud of that.

Four years after launching my little skincare business, I'm looking at the beginning of its next chapter — and it feels more like ah-mee:skin than ever before.

I cannot WAIT to show you what I've been creating. 🤍

The Brand Evolution is coming.

Behind every small business is a whole life still being lived. 🤍

In the middle of building a business, you still have to be a wife, a mam, a woman, a friend… and somehow find enough hours in the day to give a little bit of yourself to everything that matters.

And sometimes, life changes the plan.

Right now, I’m juggling recovery from surgery alongside a full product relaunch, redesigning my website, running my business, being a mam, keeping on top of my home and making sure I’m still present in my marriage and with the people I love.

Some days, it’s a lot.

There isn’t a huge team behind ah-mee:skin. There aren’t endless pots of money, departments to delegate to or a big company waiting in the wings when something goes wrong.

There’s me.

And that’s why every single order means more than you probably realise.

Every sale.
Every like.
Every comment.
Every share.
Every review.
Every time somebody recommends my products to a friend.

They might feel like tiny things to you, but to a small business like mine, they are HUGE. 🤍

Supporting a small business doesn’t always mean spending money either.
Maybe you’re not ready to buy today. That’s okay.
Just don’t forget about us.

Keep my brand in mind. Follow our journey. Share a post. Tell a friend. Give us a chance when you next need skincare. And if you do try our products and love them, please tell somebody about us.

Because when you support a small business, you’re not helping a faceless corporation hit another sales target.

✨ ah-mee:skin is 4 today! ✨

Four years ago, I introduced ah-mee:skin to the world for the very first time.

I had no idea where this little brand would take me. I just knew why I was doing it.

ah-mee:skin was created from one of the most difficult chapters of my life — losing my beautiful mam — but I wanted something positive to grow from that loss. Something with purpose. Something that could become her legacy. 🤍

And today, looking back at the date makes it feel even more special.

This weekend would also have been my mam and dad's wedding anniversary. If they were both still here, we would have been celebrating them together as a family.

Instead, four years ago, almost without realising the significance of the timing, I was beginning another chapter of our family's story.

“Sometimes dates don’t just mark time — they carry pieces of the people we love with them.” 🤍

Maybe some dates are simply meant to stay important.

From the very first ah-mee:skin products I launched in 2022 to the brand you see today, so much has changed. There have been new collections, new ideas, mistakes, late nights, risks, reinvestment, moments of doubt and some incredibly proud moments too.

And now, as we turn FOUR, we're preparing to enter our next chapter with our beautiful new-look collections. ✨

To every single person who has ordered, reordered, recommended my little brand, left a review, shared a post, visited an event or simply told someone about ah-mee:skin — thank you.
You may never fully realise what every order means to a small business like mine.

Four years later, I'm still here.
Still building.
Still learning.
Still dreaming bigger.
And still doing it for her. 🤍
