We went in with a heavy balayage technique to lift the hair as much as possible, then mixed the perfect potion to create this deep, vibrant pink tone 🧪💗

This is not something I would usually discuss online; however, I feel it is important to address the situation and protect my team, our reputation and the positive environment we have worked extremely hard to build.

It has been brought to my attention that two individuals have been badmouthing me, my team and our amazing salon.

As one of you is a fellow female business owner—working in an industry supported predominantly by women—I find it incredibly disappointing that you would choose to tear down another woman and her business.

It is especially disappointing that you both felt so comfortable openly discussing and body-shaming me in front of others in a pub. However, since you were so willing to discuss my body so freely, I’m more than happy to share my surgeon’s details—I went for a 34DD, and they are the best in the game!

The five-star reviews you have both left for our salon on more than one occasion also completely contradict the comments reportedly made last night while under the influence of alcohol.

Virtuoso Hairdressing is a safe, welcoming and respectful space for our clients and our team. Behaviour like this goes against everything we stand for and will not be accepted. Therefore, you will no longer be welcome in our salon.

If either of you would like to discuss this matter, I am more than happy to arrange a face-to-face conversation 🙌🏼

As a very busy salon, having our booking system and salon phone allows us to keep everything organised and ensures your enquiry receives the attention it deserves.

We absolutely love looking after our clients and are incredibly grateful for how busy you keep us. We simply ask for a little understanding that, outside of salon hours, our team also have families, commitments and personal time.

Steph wanted to move away from her darker colour with a soft, subtle transformation that would brighten her overall look while keeping it natural and low maintenance ✨

To achieve this, I gently cleansed the existing base to soften the depth before using a bespoke balayage technique to create delicate pops of lightness throughout the hair. I then finished with a global gloss toner to blend everything seamlessly, leaving a beautifully soft, natural-looking result with added dimension and shine ✨✨

Sometimes the most beautiful transformations aren’t dramatic—they’re all about enhancing what you already have. 🤍
