As we all know I’m out out all the time lol I have a fabulous group of friends who I socialise with all the time and they’re amazing and a few of them single like myself so yep we are out regularly 🙄 that in itself is completely life changing for me when I basically spent 20 years in an awful marriage rife with domestic violence and was made to feel worthless and I used to food for solace …. Choosing to have this surgery isn’t easy it’s extremely brave to step up and say you have a problem that only surgery can help you with , well that happened to me just over 3 years ago and my goodness my life has completely changed for the best such an incredible feeling to be able to take control and be the person I should’ve always been

Throwback Thursday 🇹🇷

3 years older in the after pics and I look younger so basically when we get weightloss surgery we age backwards 😂😂

Size 34/36 on day of my surgery and now a size 18/20 I am 6 ft tall and now 50 years old and for the first time in my adult life I like my body shape and I am in general extremely happy my life has completely changed and all for the better

It’s not an easy way out and it’s a brave decision to go for this surgery but it will 💯 change your life forever
