Some information regarding no shows, late arrivals and late cancellations.

More recently this has been happening in the salon.
As all our clients are aware our diaries are very busy! Which we are forever grateful for,
But unfortunately there have been a lot of no shows and late cancellations recently.
We are all very understanding that life happens and sometimes this very much can’t be helped but we are also running a business and this is our full time work and income.
If you book an appointment with us please remember that you are also agreeing to our cancellation policies.
Therefore no shows and any cancellation under 24 hours is FULL payment for the appointment.
anything under 48 hours is 50%. Failing to pay this will mean any further bookings will be cancelled. If you want to rebook you will be required to pay a deposit.

Recently these appointments haven’t been paid for which means we don’t get paid, as it’s too late for us to fill these spaces.
Some people think this is unfair……but would you go to work for free? Or take a cut in your wages because no one came in to your premises/work over that 2 hour gap?

Also clients who are running late, we also understand these things can happen! If you’ve got time pop us a quick message just to let us know.
running late also eats into your appointment time, so please be aware of this. That means less time for your treatment or if you wanted a detailed nail design you may need to pick something else. Anything later than 15 mins the appointment will be marked as a no show and will need to be paid in FULL.

Unfortunately I didn’t want to be having to write this post, but if this continues to happen, appointment spaces will cancelled and deposits will be put in place when booking.
