Hello everyone!

It is with a heavy heart that i am announcing the closure of midnight moon nails 💔
I’ve made the very difficult decision to close down my business for the time being, this has not been an easy decision and is one i’ve been mulling over for a few months now.
Unfortunately with my current circumstances i am unable to fully commit to my business and give it the energy and time it needs to thrive, and because of this i have decided the best option for me right now is to put it on hold.
I want to thank every single client that has come through the doors and had a service by me, the support i’ve received since starting this business has been immense and i’m so incredibly grateful that i’ve had the opportunity to start my own business.

i want to thank all the girls in IVtwelve salon for being so incredibly supportive and encouraging towards me, and a special thank you to Jody for helping me with so much starting this business from scratch. Although i won’t be with you all anymore, i’m always an IVtwelve girl at heart 🥹

My last week in the salon will be the 27th/28th of february, i will still be taking appointments up until the end of the month, so if anyone would like a removal or fresh set before i close pop me a message and i will see what i can do.
Jody and Lena are both still in the salon offering nail services if any of my current clients are looking for someone to take over, they are extremely talented so you will not be disappointed!

This is definitely not the end to midnight moon nails, i am hoping once my circumstances change and i’m in a better place mentally and financially i will re open , however i have no idea when or how long that is going to take. My pages will still be up, so when i do decide to return i will put a post up.

Again, thank you so much for all the love and support i’ve received the past 8 months, it’s not goodbye, just see you later.

obsessed with this tribal / gothic set from the other day, and no these are not acrylic these are Gel-x Extensions!!
they look just like acrylic, last 3+ weeks with correct aftercare and feel much lighter on the nails than acrylic!

some cute biab frenchies from before i went on holiday! Lucy’s nails have grown amazingly with biab and we were finally able to have a beautiful stiletto shape with the length of her natural nails 🤩

IMPORTANT UPDATE‼️🚨

hello everyone!
I have made the decision to make a few changes coming into the new year in order to help me manage my business and it be less stress for my self.

i have decided to stop offering acrylic services for the time being, there’s lots of reasons why i made this decision and im unsure if i will offer acrylic again in the future but it is the best decision for me at the moment. *( this will not affect anyone who is already booked in for acrylic within the next month, however i will no longer be offering it as a service)

I will continue to offer gel polish, BIAB and gel extensions, so don’t worry you can still get extensions i just won’t be doing it with acrylic!

i have also decided that i am going to be more stern with my policies, as you know i have started taking booking fees for all appointments however i’ve not been as strict as i would like to be regarding this. To make it clear, i will need a £10 non refundable booking fee for EVERY appointment made, so keep in mind if you are booking a few in advance i will need £10 per appointment, this also applies if you are booking in advance in the salon!! i haven’t been asking clients who book in person for a fee however i will be enforcing this now as i have had several cancellations last minute and unfortunately its for appointments which i did not take a booking fee for (my mistake i know 😓) and ultimately this leaves me short as i am unable to cover the appointment and cover my costs.

i will be posting my updated policies as well as my price list (no change in pricing at the moment, just the services).
