A post and policy we have been trying to avoid having to make, but unfortunately it’s now one that needs addressed.
It’s very simple really, if you no show an appointment we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for you to book back in.

We thought about introducing deposits across the board but feel this is unfair on the vast majority of our amazing and loyal clients, and we can’t stress how this is being put in place for a very small minority.

We appreciate that sometimes life/things happen, and as a business we have always been very accommodating and understanding. However, for a small business with a considerable waiting time, no showing your appointment not only means a financial loss, but takes that time slot away from someone else who would use it. Not to mention it’s flat out disrespectful and rude.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will now be required for ALL colour correction and large multiple-process services.
A 50% deposit will be required for you to book in if you have no showed an appointment.

*No show twice then we keep your deposit and recommend you find somewhere else as we won’t be booking you back in.

Just like that, that is our first week back done.
We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our lovely clients for all of your support.
We have loved seeing you all again and look forward to seeing the rest of you over the coming weeks!

Good morning!
Now that we are back in the salon, if there is anyone who has been waiting on a phone call could you please phone the salon on 01667453933 - we apologise if we have missed anyone in our list of calls, it was a bit manic one again.
We are delighted to be back open and a massive thank you to all of you for your support.

Exciting news!
We are allowed to open from the 5th April!
We will start getting in contact with everyone regarding appointments by the end of the week.
We will be getting in touch with everyone who has missed appointments first but if you would like to be added to our appointment list then send a private message with your name, contact number and what service you will be looking for.

FINALLY- The closest thing we have had to exciting news!!
As we still don’t have a definite date, we won’t be booking any appointments just yet but hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we can.
We will keep you all updated with everything as we find out.
We are so excited to hear from and see you all again - the end is in sight!!

Hello everyone!
With the announcement today I’m afraid all February appointments are cancelled.
Once again, once we know when we can open we will be in touch with everybody - all appointments from March onward stand as normal.
When rebooking everyone, everyone who has missed an appointment during lockdown take priority.
Not the news anyone wants but unfortunately it is what it is.
Hope everyone is keeping well and we look forward to reopening our doors to you all ASAP 🤞🏻
