I just stumbled across an article about what clients don’t like at the salon. Number 1? Small talk! If you want a silent appointment, to just close your eyes or read a book, just let me know! Personally when I have my hair done, I like to just read a good book. Feel free to let me know at the start of your appointment. Number 2 was looking in the mirror. If you want me to turn you away from the mirror until we are finished, just let me know! Your comfort is key 😍🥰
