I built a successful nationwide business (still growing) from scratch. And don’t get me wrong…

Collaboration is competition at its finest, we collaborate and compete. We support each other, then we compete. W collaborate on social media, events, in person. But behind the closed doors of our clinics we COMPETE. We train and up skill our knowledge, technical/ practical skills to COMPETE. We want to be better, unique, special. We want clients to book in with us, train with us. This is competition.

People who have succeeded are your competition. Did Mark Zuckerberg focus on collaboration? No, he focused on competition and making his vision come to light. If he was solely collaborative with people who brought the idea to him - we probably wouldn’t know his name.

We do everything we can to get clients, we up skill our knowledge, we put ourselves out there, we pay for adds, social media, promotions - we also, show our vulnerability.. We sell ourselves to clients. This is all competing.

Let’s start a different conversation, let’s talk about competition! At the end of the day that’s what we’re all here for! Healthy competition 😉
