I have had the aromatherapy diffuser on in the salon the last few days and oh it smells amazing! I have had mind spa on as that’s one of the ones that comes with the diffuser.

You can change the dial as to how strong you want the scent to be. I can’t wait to try some of the other scents in it over the next few weeks.

This is the product that I think everyone needs in their everyday self care routines 🛁

Body and bath oils, these are going to be perfect for so many things. Relaxing you, helping you sleep, making them aches and pains feel better and just making you feel good about yourself.

You can add a couple of drops to your bath or you can massage it into your skin.

This is the product I am most excited about! I have wanted a diffuser for a while now but the changing of the water always put me off. Not now!

This handcrafted nebulising diffuser is waterless and doesn’t need heat either. You just pop a few drops of essential oil diffuser blend in and set your scent dial and let it do it’s magic 🌿

The product that made me fall in love with essential oils is the roll on oils 🌿

They fit in your bag perfectly so you can have them with you at all times. This was perfect for me when I was having bad anxiety days and I would want to top up when I was out and about.

I also keep an energy boost roll on essential oil on my nail desk for when I get that afternoon dip and just need a pick me up.

For those who don’t know me, my name is Jodie and I own Bella's. I offer nail and beauty treatments to adults and children. I have decided to branch out into something a little bit different and I wanted it all to have its own space. Here is that space 🧘‍♀️✨

I have battled with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and low energy for many years now and a couple of years ago I was introduced to roll on oils. They changed my life. Due to being asthmatic I couldn’t have beta blockers to help my anxiety and I couldn’t find anything else, then I stumbled upon essential oils. They got me through some of the worst anxiety attacks and panic attacks 🌸

I now want to help other like me. I found a wonderful brand based in the UK that ticked all the boxes and the products are amazing! I can not wait to share them all with you. 🇬🇧

I will be doing oils for all sorts of health concerns not just anxiety and they won’t all just be roller oils. I have lots of other things as well and I want to add more self care and self love products as well during the next few month. 🛁🛍️
