After a celebration of her life, Bonnie Tyler will make her final journey through Skewen, where she was born, on route to a private family service.

The legendary Bonnie Tyler took Skewen around the world with her, so let’s make sure that the good people of Skewen line the route for a final farewell to Skewen’s own Gaynor Hopkins.

The funeral cortège will travel along Fabian Way tomorrow (17th) at approx 1.20pm to Jersey Marine. It will then travel up Pen Yr Heol, Burrows Road, down Old Road to Neath Abbey and then turn to proceed up through New Road, Siding Terrace, Park Avenue and Peniel Green Road.
Please make this a day for everyone and especially the family to remember this lovely lady.
