Hey guys rather than me trying to reply to everyone individually, I’ve been unwell again recently and know there are a few of you needing creams, if you need them, order them and get them asap as I’m in and out of hospital so much and can’t promise the same prompt replying or delivery of the cream as I usually provide 😩
Hopefully this will be short term and ill be back fighting fit soon.

P.s part of my condition is that my speech can be extremely slurred so please don’t be alarmed if you speak to me and it is m, I’m fine just be patient I’ll eventually finish that sentence and no I’m not drunk or off my t**s as some of you so politely put it lol
