✨What’s underneath your extensions matters just as much as the final result ✨
The LA Weave is one of my favourite methods because it creates maximum volume without covering the whole scalp in extensions. By fitting the weave over 2–3 rows, most of your natural hair and scalp are left free, making it feel lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear.
Weaves also give a much fuller finish, avoiding that thin or stringy look that some methods can create.
Maintenance is usually needed every 6–8 weeks to keep everything looking fresh and healthy 🤍

✨Why investing in your hair extensions is so important✨
My client came to me after having a really bad experience with her hair extensions. She’d only had tape-ins fitted 5 weeks ago, but so many had already fallen out due to poor-quality hair and adhesive. Unfortunately, these types of tapes can be really damaging and unsafe for your natural hair.
On Monday, I carefully removed them for her and did offer to re-tape them, but understandably she didn’t want tape extensions again.
After a full consultation, I colour matched her for a nano weave along with a few nanos for side fillers.
Because she had needed to wash her hair so many times to remove the leftover glue, it had stripped her colour 🙉 this meant her ends were much lighter than they were at her consultation 😭
She really didn’t want to be without her extensions any longer, so with strategic placement and precision blending, we were able to give her long locks back again.
I did advise that the ends through her T-section would benefit from a colour refresh to create an even softer blend, but she was so happy with her new weave!
This is why it’s so important to invest in quality hair extensions from the beginning. Cheap or poor-quality methods can end up costing far more in the long run — especially when your natural hair health is affected.
I’m so grateful she trusted me after such a bad experience, and even happier that I could help give her confidence back 🩷
