Yesterday I packed up my oils, towels and treatment essentials and headed off to one of the most beautiful and unique homes I’ve visited in a very long time.

Nestled within a stunning coastal community, I spent the afternoon with a wonderful lady whose warmth, spirit and love of life made me feel as though I’d known her for years.

Of course, she enjoyed her treatments, but if I’m honest, I took away just as much as I gave.

As I wound my way through breathtaking scenery on the journey there, I found myself smiling at the views and sense of adventure.

And afterwards as I drove onwards for a fabulous dinner with Sarah, Martin and their lovely family; I felt energised, inspired and deeply grateful.

This certainly wasn’t my first mobile therapy visit, and it won’t be my last. There is something incredibly special about bringing the Soul Sister experience directly to someone like Pippa who spends so much of her time as a healer caring for others.

Yesterday reminded me why I do what I do. Not because of the treatments themselves, but because of the conversations, connections, laughter and moments of genuine human kindness that happen along the way.

Sometimes you leave feeling proud of your work.
Sometimes you leave feeling completely in love with it. And every day I am in awe of the amazing people who find their way to me.
