This is one of those questions that can catch you out in a consultation: āWhen will I see results?ā
If you know whatās actually happening in the skin, you donāt just have an answer. Youāve got the reason she needs a course, not a one off treatment. And thatās how you get clients rebooking.

Half of these I hear in clinic every week. The good news? Most of them are fixable and not all of them need a treatment.

Itās not that you canāt do it.
You passed. Youāve got the certificate. You probably did a great job on your models.
But then you got back to your own clinicā¦ and the pen went in the drawer.
Because somewhere between training and treating thereās a gap. What depth for this client? What if she asks me why? What if I get it wrong?
That gap isnāt a you problem. It usually means you were taught the steps, but not the why. And the why is what gives you the confidence to actually offer it.
