🏆 Rachael achieved her 2.5 stone this week and she looks over the moon about it.

❤️ She didn't always stay to group but since staying she has had those consistent weekly losses which have helped her to hit this milestone and just look how happy she is.

😊 Staying to group is key to your journey as you not only get the help and support as and when you need it, you also get that motivation and inspiration needed to keep you going.

🏆 Achieving Slimmer of the Week is such a big thing for our members because it means they have lost or maintained the week previous and they have lost the most weight in group this week.

❤️ They are also presented with a big basket of free foods that other group members have bought in to celebrate their win.
