Here are a few things to keep in mind when planning to get your aesthetics treatment before an event (weddings, Christmas parties, etc.) or a holiday… ☀️

1. Treatment downtime - always make sure you ask how long healing takes after your specific treatment to avoid the area looking swollen or bruised on the day 💒

2. Aftercare - a lot of the time, aftercare advice includes avoiding direct sunlight and wearing makeup for at least the first 24 hours after treatment. If you’re going on a hot, sunny holiday the next day, or getting your makeup done within this time, this might impact healing and treatment longevity 🤕

3. Optimal results timeline - some treatment like anti-wrinkle injections can take a couple of weeks to get to their optimal state. If you want to look glowing and fabulous on the day of the event, make sure to book in at least two weeks beforehand. 🎄
