Walk ins are always welcome but please be reminded that bookings take priority
If you need to be in the chair for a specific day and time we advise you to make an advanced booking to avoid disappointment. If you dont have an appointment we will do our best to ensure you are in the chair at the earliest convenience 🙂

Unfortunately due to the amount of clients not turning up for their scheduled appointment, family, friends, old and new clients will kindly be asked to pay a 50% deposit prior to the upcoming appointment which will be taken off from the final bill.

If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least the day before the appointment.
If you cancel the deposit will of course be rolled over to the re scheduled appointment or refunded.
However if there is no cancellation and you're a no show your deposit is non refundable.
We really hope people understand as this is an issue that has been massively affecting business so we feel we have no other choice.😕
