🌟 Part-Time Front of House 🌟

This is much more than a traditional reception role. We want you to be a really important part of the client experience and the overall running of front of house.

Main responsibilities would include:

• Welcoming and looking after clients throughout their visit
• Creating a polished, professional and high end front of house experience
• Managing telephone enquiries and appointments
• Managing the salon diary
• Taking payments and deposits
• Cash handling and payment processing
• Cashing up at the end of the day
• Reconciling cash and card payments
• Responding to emails and client enquiries
• Supporting rebooking and client retention
• Keeping reception immaculate and presentation ready
• Communicating with therapists, specialists and management
• Learning about treatments, products and services so they can confidently advise clients

• Supporting product and treatment promotions
• Helping ensure the salon runs smoothly throughout the day
• General housekeeping
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the premises
• Keeping communal and client facing areas tidy and welcoming

Social media and marketing also needs to be a really important part of the role.

With new developments, new opportunities and an exciting next chapter ahead, we are expanding our team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of the future of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional treatments, maintaining high standards and helping drive the salon forward.

The role will include:

* Delivering a standard of excellence in of beauty and skin treatments
* Providing an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare
* Building strong, long term client relationships
* Rebooking clients and supporting client retention
* Promoting appropriate treatments, courses and homecare
* Supporting & advising on homecare & treatment plans
* Maintaining excellent treatment room standards
* Following salon systems, procedures and checklists
* Supporting junior therapists and apprentices where required
* Helping maintain consistency and high standards across the team
* Supporting the smooth running of the salon
* Assisting with training, treatment knowledge and development
* Taking an active role in new treatment launches and promotions
* Working closely with management to help drive the salon forward
* Contributing ideas for client experience, treatments and business growth
* Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation and housekeeping standards
