Wow, Its been a while since I posted in here!
Let me update you on how its been going....

I am 7 months into my Midwifery degree and loving it so far. I have done and seen things I never thought I would - observing surgery in emergency theatre was pretty surreal.

Meeting all the families and getting the occasional newborn cuddle is just the best though!

An Update on my business (House of Beauty).

Business is open and busy although my hours have reduced massively due to my studies being my main focus for the next few years.

I have managed to offer a few sets of nails with extra precuations for my allergies. This is something i needed to do to allow myself to continue financialy with my degree.

I am not in the postition to take on any new clients at this time.

I am still a Tropic ambassador and would love to chat to anyone who loves natural skincare. I was an ambassador for around 5 years and recently re-joined. (Mainly to save myself some pennies on my own skincare) but I would love to help you lovelies too!

All my clients have had messages sent, apologies if I have missed anyone.

As you were probably aware I had my final appointment today for my allergy testing. Unfortunately I am allergic cats and dogs along with many chemicals in the products that I use and have been advised to avoid working with them.

Although I knew this was a possibility, I’m still in a little shock and now have to make some big changes. 😢

I will continue to work the appointments already in my diary but will not be booking more appointments going forward.

I feel sad that I can’t continue to give you pretty nails but my health needs to come first.

If you need help in finding a new nail tech please let me know and I can share some recommendations in the area.

Waxing and tinting treatments will still be available to book 🥳

Important announcement

From the end of June my working hours will be changing slightly as I will no longer be attending college.

Its been a big task juggling home, work and study but I am almost there!!

My new hours should allow for me to take on some new clients during the day.

Another exciting change is the reintroduction of my booking site, which has been amended so you can view treatments and book yourself in. (I know a few clients will be happy about this.)
