It's been a while and we know lockdown has been tough on everyone (and their HAIR), so we want you to know that we'll do our very best to have you feeling like your pre- lockdown self.

Jane at Home is ready and waiting for you.We have installed all the necessary PPE to operate in a Covid secure way and we will sanitise regularly in line with government recommendations.

To accommodate all of our beautiful clients, we've extended our opening hours. The diary is pretty full with pre-booked appointments so if you haven't already booked in contact me as soon as possible to secure an appointment.

We are kindly asking clients not to attend their appointment if:
•You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
•You have been in contact with anyone with cold and flu symptoms in the last 14 days

We have been given the possible date to re-open Jane at Home on Monday 12th April and as such I am opening the diary in the hope we can re-open. We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome you back into our salon for a much-needed catch up and pamper. I have contacted a lot of you who had appointments that were cancelled due to this lockdown and I will be working through the remainder over the next few days. Please feel free to contact me with regard to making a booking as you know it gets very busy very quickly. I will be working long days to get everybody in as soon as possible but please be patient.

We want our salon to be somewhere you can feel safe and relax, so things will be slightly different when you enter.

While we have been closed, we have been busy preparing for our reopening with lots of new safety, hygiene and distancing measures in place. As such, we are kindly asking customers not to make an appointment if:
You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
You have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

Sadly, but for all the right reasons, Jane at Home must close its doors again for the next while due to the new Tier 4 restrictions.

If you had a booking with us over this time, we will be in touch to reschedule your appointment. Please ignore any appointment confirmations you may recieve during this shutdown as we are leaving these in place to help us with a fair distribution of appointments when we reopen.

While we are closed, we are going to be upskilling our knowledge, taking extra measures to clean and disinfect the salon and all of our tools and work on new and exciting offers to celebrate our reopening as soon as we can.

In the meantime, we will keep in touch with you via our social media platforms to let you know when we can see you for your next appointment. You can also buy gift vouchers while we are closed for any occasion or for anyone you think deserves a little pick me up right now!

These are unprecedented times and I'm sure that you are all as upset as I am about the new restrictions on our freedom but remember that these restrictions are in place so that we can keep each other safe and well so that we will all be able to make 2021 the most fantastic year yet. Remember you are not alone, you all have my contact details to rebook appointments, so please feel free to use them to contact me if you need a chat or just a laugh recanting one of our funny stories. Also if anyone finds themselves having to self isolate with no support please remember I am here and if at all possible I will help in getting essentials to you.

Kim and I would also like to say a huge thank you for the heart warming gifts and well wishes you have given us it has made us feel so appreciated. Remember you all play a huge part in our salon family and we will miss you all so much.

It's official we will re-open after the latest lockdown ends on the 2nd. I have been in touch and rescheduled most appointments and any outstanding just drop me a line and I will sort this as soon as possible.

It is going to be very busy in December and I am working late to accommodate all your needs. If you haven't got in touch with me already please contact me as soon as possible.
As before we will be making sure that we practice social distancing for everyone and extending booking times for cleaning in between clients.

I look forward from hearing from all of you who haven't already booked in but please be quick as space is very limited.

The well awaited announcement has been made and we can open on the 4th July. I have contacted the majority of people that had pre-booked appointments and missed them due to lockdown. As such we are getting very busy.

There will be some changes in the salon, everyone coming will need to wear gloves and masks through the visit. We have some if you cannot get them yourself. Please leave all coats and jackets in the car.

Unfortunately there will be no magazines, so please bring your own entertainment. However we have put up a TV for everyone. We can serve teas and coffee but that will only be done outside in the garden for those that are processing colour and wish to do so.

We have a strict one in one our policy now, so sometimes if we are running over we may ask you to wait in the car. So we have time to sanitize and clean down all stations after use.
