I appreciate that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable especially this time of year, but please try to give at least 48hours notice, unfortunately I do have a cancellation policy in place that’s displayed in the salon. 🎄

Just a polite reminder if you need to change or cancel an appointment please try to give at least 48 hours notice I appreciate that sometimes this is unavoidable.
Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment last minute it’s difficult for me to fill that appointment.
I have in place a cancellation policy that’s always displayed in the salon of a 50% charge for less than 48 hours notice and 100% for no show or cancel on the day.
