Before I say any more I just want to express how proud I am of my client for the progress that’s been made. There’s 5 months between the before and after photos.
That is 5 months of consistent home care
5 months of in clinic treatments.

This is real skin progress. No quick fix, no magic product that guarantees changed skin in 7 days..🙄
We focused on barrier repair and we got to the root cause.
Nothing Invasive , just rebuilding step by step 🪜
It takes time but once you start seeing and feeling the difference, there’s no going back

I’m super proud of this transformation and I’m so ready for more 🤭

I’ve tried to water down a lot when it comes to what to use on skin that needs repairing however the more skin I see and the more I see on social media I don’t feel I can anymore.
Maybe it was abit of fear for having a different opinion/ outlook on what usually gets shown on here.
Knowing what I know and knowing I can help people it doesn’t feel or sit right that I should have to keep quiet because there’s some things that have blown up so big on here that just simply shouldn’t of,

I’m here to help others and if it means having a different opinion then so be it🤷🏽‍♀️

Im really enjoying sharing these things with you guys and it’s refreshing to see more of this , being vulnerable , being realistic VS the trying to be perfect in every post. I feel like it’s a way of me being able to express myself and connect with you at the same time?
I mean idk but I love it here lol 🤪

Could we call these mixed truths? I’d say yes but I’m not sure on the correct wording for it 🤣

There’s so much I’ve learnt over the years which I’m going to share because I really like to see and share the more vulnerable posts because actually it shows that life is not perfect and this ‘perfect persona’ that gets shoved in front of our faces 24/7 is just not real.

A real and raw skin transformation over the past 4 months.
From the outside you may only see a few small changes however there is more to it.
There’s been a mindset shift , from using the same type of skincare over the past few years, taking advice just from the shops or brands being used to changing over to products that are trusted and have been explained by a specialist who has background knowledge of how the skin works and how the products will compliment their skin journey.

The overall quality of their skin has transformed. Their skin isn’t tight or irritated anymore. Cells are not being deprived of essential nutrients.
From having constant little breakouts and slight inflammation around the lower facial area to it now being calm and the breakouts subsiding.
Their cells are now being transformed because they’re being fed what is essential for their protection, defence , repair and rejuvenation. A big part of what our cells need in order to function well.

My client has voiced how they feel their skin has life again and how much healthier it feels and looks.
This is what skin starts to look like when we are given correct information and guidance on how to care for it.
Everyone’s skin is completely different which is why it’s important that if you want to make a change and you are unsure of what to do , go and seek professional help. This way you know the guidance given can be trusted and you will get results.

This wasn’t an over night achievement. This has been months of my client coming in every 2 weeks for a treatment , doing their skincare at home from their very first appointment to staying on top of their routine. They have been consistent and no the changes don’t happen straight away but because those small steps were implemented daily , that is what’s led them to bigger changes.
