Join me Tuesday evenings at 4 pm until 5 pm for an hour of pure bliss and relaxation.

Take time out to reset and reconnect with yourself.

Suitable for all ages and all ability’s.

All you need to bring along is a yoga mat (I have 3 spare) a blanket and a cushion. ❤️🙏❤️
