​✨ Wear your PJs. Seriously. If you want to turn up in your Oodie, your joggers, or your favorite mismatched pyjamas, please do. It means you’re already halfway to a nap, and you can roll straight into bed when you get home.
​✨ Don’t wash your hair. I’ll be using lovely oils and products during your treatment, and there might be some residue left over. Save yourself the job! Come with the messy bun—I’ve probably got one too.
​✨ No Makeup? No Problem. I’m just going to take it off anyway! Come as you are. I have wrinkles, I have tired days, and I promise there is zero judgment in my room.
