Join us for this really special breathwork session. Jo is a qualified breathwork practitioner and will use the holotropic method and diaphragmatic breath to guide you through various breath patterns. Everyone responds differently, but it’s likely you will feel some form of deep release - whether this be any internal restrictions, trauma or aspects of mental tension or blockages such as grief, loss or even just deep relaxation. (Sophie found this process very profound!)

INTRODUCING APOTEK LABS! 📚🧬

LABS will be a trés casual series of weekend workshops, where you can come and learn something cool in the comfort of Apotek HQ. 🍃

I’ve already lined up some smartypants makers, thinkers and doers from the North-East, and all workshops will be beginner-level (unless we specify otherwise!).

The first in the series is scheduled for May 5th, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀 I am really really excited about this!

Signature brows are just that- not a stencil in sight. Between a custom tint and blend of hair removal techniques (tweezing, threading, waxing), cookie cutter brows are so over.

I trained in makeup first (), brows second. Believe me when I say I’ve taken your bone structure, skin undertones and personal style into consideration before your bum has even hit the chair!🔥

These soft fluffy beauties belong to nail artist extraordinaire (IYKYK).

In the space of 24 hours you lot pretty much filled Apotek’s opening month. Not bad for a salon that ✨technically✨ doesn’t exist yet. Pah- details! 😅
